Heroes in black and white

Keeping up with Marvel United, this batch was intended to maximize same color scheme heroes. So today I present you a collection of black and white heroes and villains. First is Ant-Man. Glorious Purpose!

Ok, so I know i'm not updating this at the rate I should. It's not that I'm not painting, it's just I'm having a hard time trying to find the time to take pictures of the models and writing down for the blog. Heroes Unite!

Marvel United is here at last and it's being a ton of fun to play and paint. The bright colors and the charismatic sculpts make for awesome painting projects. As they are established characters you don't have to think too much about the color scheme so you kinda paint them like one of those numbered color books. Blackwater Raiders

In my continuous search to put to good use the insane amount of miniatures I keep hoarding, i've done quite a lot of research on rulebooks for wargames that allow you to use your existing miniatures. One of my most interesting findings was Blackwater Gulch, a light ruleset for far west skirmish combat.  It's light enough to pick it up easily and allows you to create your own custom profiles to fit your miniatures. Hell hath no fury

I was toying with the possibility of selling my Arcadia Quest this last month due to my lack of plays. However my wife convinced me that it was something I would regret as my edition is the kickstarter one with the extras. So in the end I turned to plan B, use Inferno miniatures in other games.
