Asteroid prospection team

In preparation for the Zaragoza Satelite tournament, I've been painting some extra nomad troops. This in particular are the Rocaworks crew from Tag Raid, the Infinity Deathmatch board game.

The Prospector was one of my favorite miniatures of the Kickstarter campaign, as it gives massive cyberpunk vibes with his metallic implants and his massive gains. He will be used as a Diablo in my Corregidor sectorial force.

The hacker from the crew will be used as my Bandit as I'm not too fond of the current Bandit hacker miniature. Bandits have received a substantial upgrade in N5 and I see myself playing them regularly under the new rules, so I wanted the mini to be something I was looking forward to field.

The one that we won't sadly be fielding anymore is the Nomad beast hunter, who sadly was phased out on the recent iteration of the game. Still, the miniature makes for a great proxy for many other troops like Morlocks. It's always fun to paint different color skin tones, and it was no different with this one. I might come to her in the future to add some drawing to her tank top though, as it looks a bit bland right now.

The tiny robot fella who clearly was inspired by the Portal Companion Cube will be my Robbybot. The supporting robot deployable that helps TAGs on the field. I didn't have a miniature specifically to proxy that profile, so this will cover that role for the time being. The color scheme was basically the same from the Tag Raid illustrations but as I got myself used to do danger stripes for my Iron Warriors I decided to do them here too to give the miniatures a more industrial look.

As part of my Nomad reinforcements for this year, I also had to work on several Tunguska troops to prepare the previous Valencia Satellite tournament. For the tournament, I had to paint me a Kulak Shocktrooper and a Casino Rounder from the Nomad reinforcements box. I really like how they both turned out, but I was in a hurry and never got to finish their bases. I'd like to add some light effects on the floor on the future.
