Might of the Iron Circle

This month we just had the most awesome Legions Imperialis event here in Barcelona at the club Torre de Daus, and I decided to join the fray with my Iron Warriors. For this event I wanted to bring a list that was representative of the army so I had to spruce up my army a little bit.

I had recently 3D printed some Iron Circle domitar that I pretended to use as Leviathans on our game. I also repainted Perturabo a bit as I wasn't 100% sattisfied with his stripes.

I also had to paint a Mastodon to transport my Iron Circle Leviathans in style to the frontlines. As my army is very close combat oriented, they will feel right in the frontline with my Proioxis Macro Assault Wing.

For the event I also wanted to add some more variation to my tank platoons, so I painted some of the new Sicarans, Typhon and Cerberus. They performed fantastically during the event and I'm looking forward to playing them more in the future. 

Vindicators didn't make it into the list due to point constraints but I still really like how they turned out. It wouldn't be an Iron Warriors army if you didn't have some siege weapons.

By the way, the scenery on the background was a warhammer 40k scenery that a friend of mine had bought the STLs for. He shared with me and I resized it to be Legions Imperialis scale. It's an obvious homage to the London Bridge and I think it looks great on the board.
